The service and food at Collins Pizza are always excellent, if not exceptional. Seraphim was the server today. He is kind, patient (also lovely to bring my dog a water bowl & refill it multiple times) and very professional. This is one of the few local, independent restaurants of which I am happy to be a customer and have in my neighborhood. Although I am rarely able to treat myself to dining out, when I can, this is one of the few places I am happy to support!!!

Serafìn’s service was above and beyond. This location continues to faithfully serve this busy part of Collins, as they have done for years. Always my first choice for pizza in Miami. The alla vodka is on par with the service. Amazing. (special plus they do their cheesecake from the bakery next-door. It’s fantastic.)

Serafin was our waiter and he was really attentive and kind. He provided an amazing service and made me want to come back. The food was delicious, especially the pizza and cheesecake. I definitely plan on coming back and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place was amazing! We got cheese and pepperoni pizzas with their buffalo wings! Service was great! Visiting from Dallas and this is a must go to place for us from now on! Server Alain was also very sweet and attentive. A must try if you’re in Miami :)

Amazing atmosphere, management and the workers were very friendly, made me feel like I was at home. That Collin’s pizza is true New York style and the Philly cheese steak was amazing as well, very juicy which is rare to find. Will be definitely coming back when visiting Miami!
